There's eight different levels of resistance to choose from, so fitter exercise enthusiasts can try with a higher resistance level (higher effort level required), whilst if your just starting out with a cross trainer or overweight and starting out on any exercise program you can start with a lower level of resistance.
There's padded grips on the handlebars so you won't hurt yourself if you knock up against the handlebars, the handlebars are also very comfortable to hold thanks to the padding, there's even a pulse sensor in the handlebars that displays your heart rate on the cross trainers built-in display.
You might well ask why a pulse sensor is used to measure heart rate, surely a heart rate sensor should be used, well the heart rate can't actually be measured directly, you have to measure the pulse and calculate your heart rate, exactly like the doctor does when he takes your pulse. It's all automatic on the Beny V-Fit 07MME Elliptical Trainer you just hold the handle bars and your heart rate is displayed on the digital display on the cross trainer.
You can use this cross trainer if you are any weight up to 18 stones or 115kg.
