The Bremshey Orbit Control Cross Trainer has 18 different exercise programmes for you to choose from, fat burning, calorie counter, time, distance, different courses and different levels.
The Bremshey cross trainer will measure your pulse through either the handle bar sensors or a separate chest strap, just hold the handlebars as you use the cross trainer and your heart rate will be recorded and displayed on the colour screen in BPM, Beats Per Minute.
The Orbit Control cross trainer will adjust the level of effort required depending on your heart rate, when using the heart rate programmes, this gives the best workout for you as the cross trainer will know how hard your working, too higher heart rate and the Bremshey will reduce the effort required, or conversely an at rest heart rate or heart rate not showing sufficient effort and the effort level will be increased, don't worry, you can manually override any automatic setting and press the stop button at any time.
If you want to stop in a hurry, there's a magnetic brake included on this Bremshey cross trainer which magnetically stops the front wheel from turning and brings you to a complete halt straight away, if your just getting back into a fitness regime or worried about working too hard, too quickly, then this Bremshey model is for you, if you ever felt the cross trainer getting away from you, just apply the brakes.
