There's 16 levels of exercise resistance to choose from so this cross trainer will grow with you as your fitness improves, start with a low level of resistance and increase resistance as you get fitter.
The DKN XC-150 is a fun cross trainer, there's a heart rate monitor which can adjust your exercise program whilst monitoring your heart, too higher heart rate and the exercise resistance will be reduced a heart rate that's not exercising will cause the exercise resistance to be increased.
A 12kg flywheel creates a smooth cross train motion there's no jerks or break in motion the cross trainer has a continuous steady motion for ease of use all thanks to the spinning flywheel. As well as heart rate sensors built into the handlebars there is a chest strap included which wirelessly passes heart rate information from the chest strap to the cross trainer digital console.
It's a colour digital console on the DKN XC-150 so the screen keeps you entertained whilst you cross train, the screen is easier to see than cheaper one colour displays. You can use this cross trainer with a maximum body weight up to 21 stone or 150 kg, so this cross trainer is suitable for all fitness levels and all ages.
The DKN XC-150 Elliptical Cross Trainer is built to British Standard BS EN 957 class SA Semi Commercial, don't buy cheaper inferior cross trainers that are not British Standard certified.
