This crosstrainer has 16 levels of resistance selected via the control pad, you can crosstrain and monitor your heart rate or watch the calories fall off with the fat burning program and calorie display or see how hard you have to crosstrain to light a 100 watt bulb with the watt meter display.

The heart rate strap supplied attaches round your chest and monitors your heart rate, it has no wires and passes the heart rate information to the crosstrainer by remote control, your heart rate is then displayed on the screen and heart rate control programs will speed up or slow down to give you a crosstrain workout exactly matched to your heart rate.

If you prefer not to use the heart rate strap then you can use the pulse sensors built-in to the handlebars which calculate your heart rate from your pulse.

The maximum user weight is 120kg or just under 19 stone so even the heaviest crosstrainer fans can get fit and exercise on the Reebok crosstrainer.
