The Tunturi exercise bike includes a fitness test programme that will actually put you through a cycling fitness test and give you your results on screen, you can then perform a fitness test before you start training and then do the fitness test every so often to gauge your improvement, it's one thing to think your improving, and quite another to have it quantified and measured so you know exactly how well you are doing.
The E60 cross trainer also has an Ergo-meter, this lets you set goals to achieve in your cycling, whether that be number of miles or kilometres or calories burned or RPM or heart rate, you set your goal and then the Ergo-meter measures your performance as you cycle to achieve that goal.
The exercise bike has transport wheels, when you lift the exercise bike on one end the wheels touch the floor and allow you to move the bike around your house, it's a bit like pushing a wheel barrow, but you get the idea.
When you're using the exercise cycle the cycles feet are flat on the floor, so there's no danger of wobble or movement no matter how hard you cycle.
