There's a lateral pull down barf which is perfect for working the arms and shoulders and if your after that broad shoulder muscular look then lateral pull downs are how your going to get them.

For your chest there's a set of butterfly bars and a removable armrest for biceps curls, if you like to do biceps curls simply slot on the arm rest and when your working on other areas of the body simply remove the biceps curls arm rest.

The leg station is for leg extensions and leg curls and has safety foam on the bars to prevent injury and to align your legs into the most effective position for exercise so you won't get sprains and your build muscle and strength faster.

The backrest and seat can be adjusted from the vertical straight up position to any ne of seven positions including completely flat.
